The Quiet Punch bag is made with a soft composite foam that makes for striking the bag fairly soft on the knuckles. The resistance bands through the bag make for the motion of the bag to react similarly to a double-end bag rather than a heavy bag. This design makes for a low impact workout that won't do long term damage to the shoulders and joints.
The easy to follow instructions and videos make for setting up the Quiet Punch a fairly easy task. The tension rods extend to fit the doorway and then a knob mechanism helps create tension to keep the bars up and secure. Once done a few times the entire unit can be set up in under 60 seconds and taken down in half that time.
